Send a single message to multiple mobile numbers or recipients.
NOTE
The deliveryTime and routeID fields are optional and should not be included in the request body when not in use.
When in use, the deliveryTime field should have a value that is at least 5 mins ahead of the current date and time. When present, this will queue the message to be delivered at a later time in the future.
